What Travis Road Services is looking for

Travis Road Services is seeking an HR Advisor/Recruiter to join its small HR team. The team consists of an HR manager, an HR officer (24 hours/week) and a part-time interim recruiter (20 hours/week). You will combine two areas: HR operations (including payroll input) and end-to-end recruitment. You support employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle, from the first intake for a vacancy to the last working day. This vacancy is ideal for someone who has already some recruitment experience and wants to progress to the role of HR Business Partner within a few years.

Your responsibilities include:

• Run end-to-end recruitment: intake with hiring managers, sourcing, interviews, candidate communication, ATS administration and the signed offer.

• Own onboarding and offboarding, so new colleagues are ready to start from day one.

• Prepare and check the monthly payroll input and act as the contact for the payroll provider.

• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, HRIS data and standard HR documentation.

• Maintain HR policies and act as first point of contact for HR questions from employees and managers.

• Produce standard HR reporting on headcount, absence, turnover and recruitment.

What Travis Road Services considers important

• You are an experienced HR all-rounder who enjoys both the people side of recruitment and the accuracy of HR administration and payroll.

• Bachelor's degree (HBO) in HRM, Business Administration, Psychology or a comparable field.

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a role combining HR operations and recruitment.

• Hands-on experience with payroll input and working with an external payroll provider.

• Experience with full-cycle recruitment and structured, competency-based interviewing.

• Working knowledge of Dutch employment law, HR administration and absence processes.

• Fluent in Dutch and a good command of English, spoken and written.

• Accurate, independent, discreet and comfortable in a dynamic scale-up environment.
